The Brief
Our client, an independent optometrist, have developed their programme to reward independent Optical Practices for promoting and selling their products. The top performers would join the hosts on a part educational and incentive trip to the far east that would last 8 days / 7 nights.
The trip would be a dual destination with 2 nights in Thailand with guests visiting one of the clients manufacturing sites and then onto a luxury beach resort for 4 nights before returning back to the departure city for 1 final farewell evening. The trip had to be informative, aspirational and provide the winners with luxury.

Results
The result was a perfectly delivered travel incentive programme incorporating many personal itineraries to include additional family members and extended vacations. The guests loved travelling to two beautiful but very different cities and experiencing a range of activities and hospitality including staying at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok and the Pimalai Resort.
Highlights included dinner and cocktails at the Banyan Tree and the farewell dinner barefoot on the beach. We received excellent feedback from both the organisers and participants and were asked to arrange the following year’s incentive trip to Japan.
