Neil is the founder of Effective Business Events and Travel and has seen it grow significantly since he founded the company over 30 years ago. From arranging corporate hospitality, he has now organised events on every continent! He loves a challenge, is extremely creative and is an expert into turning a blank canvas space into a work of art!

Leigh joined the company in 2014. She account manages several major clients and has successfully run many travel incentives and conferences abroad and UK based events. She books all flights and travel and also takes care of all the marketing including website and app design and social media updates.

Georgia has been with us since 2013 and also manages several major client accounts. She has successfully run many travel incentives, conferences and a variety of events worldwide and loves adding all the finer details with her creative ideas including theming, table centres, and entertainment for the wow factor!

Georgia is the newest member of the management team and has hit the ground running, successfully project managing many events including a variety of conferences and incentive trips with her bubbly enthusiam and attention to detail.
