We have partnered Jabra for many years to arrange their UK&I Channel Partner Conference and Gala Awards dinner. This key event allows them to communicate with their partners about their business, plans for the future and discuss new products and reward their top partners. It’s also a great networking opportunity for the sales team.
For this particular event, we were tasked with finding a fun, exciting and visual venue with state-of-the-art technology for up to 70 people for conference, solution zone exhibition and awards dinner with accommodation nearby, easily accessible in central England. The newly opened “MK-7” at the Red Bull Racing Factory in Milton Keynes was chosen for the venue for this important event. Jabra already had an affiliation with Red Bull having produced headsets for their extreme sport division and with the added thrill of Formula One racing and the unique space filled with racing cars, this was the perfect venue to suit their requirements.
As the venue was so new, we were one of the first to hire it and none of the guests had visited before which generated a buzz of excitement. We hired the venue exclusively which included the reception area and exciting plenary space which features several original F1 cars around the room which contains a large built-in LED screen. The space also includes a mezzanine area perfect for us to brand and lay out solution zone stands for each of the partners.
Prior to the conference, guests were able to take part in an exclusive Red Bull factory tour which gave unprecedented access into the world of F1 and offered a revealing insight at how the world’s fastest cars are designed and built. After a full afternoon, we arranged transport to the DoubleTree Hilton hotel and while guests were getting ready for the evening, we transformed the venue for an gala dinner awards evening. A dark and silver theme with LED floral table centres worked well and we arranged a also arranged a branded racing simulator and disco.
