We have worked with our client for over 12 years to arrange their annual incentive trips for up to 400 people. Previous destinations include Dubai, Monaco, Vienna, Venice, New York, Sorrento, Athens, Lisbon and Sardinia. Due to a change in structure, we now arrange two identical smaller trips.
It is well known within the company that employees strive to win “TPC” status and earn their place on these aspirational trips and they can take a guest. It incentivises them to increase productivity, effort and sales with many employees retuning year after year.
Previous feedback from our event app, has shown that guests like beautiful beaches, sun, 5 star hotels, fun trips and activities and the hotel to be located close to shops and restaurants to spend their free time. We booked Hotel Martinez in Cannes for the 2024 trip and it perfectly located for all of these factors with a private beach.
We designed two registration websites with secure registration portal and individual password access, arranged the flights from all over Europe to Nice and airport transfers. Guests stayed in the luxurious 5 star Martinez hotel with an informal welcome dinner on the first night in the gardens. A fun Citroen Mahari rally trip was arranged followed by lunch in a Michelin star restaurant. Additional optional excursions included a city tour to Nice, walking and biking tours on the coastal paths and mountains. Dinners included a local restaurant with guests transported by Cannes land train and formal dinner in the stunning “Le Parc”. Guests were greeted on the red carpet by paparazzi and a champagne reception in the beautiful grounds followed by a fun casino after dinner. The farewell party was a white and gold themed beach party at the hotel with DJ. Free time could be spent on the beach or a short stroll into Cannes for restaurants and a range of designer and high street shops and shows.
