Jabra Video Conference Launch.

One of our regular clients, Jabra, had traditionally manufactured headsets and were moving into the video market with brand new video conference equipment to support hybrid working and asked us to arrange a launch event for their customers, partners and press. After visiting several potential venues, they chose 30 Euston Square as the venue, conveniently located in central London by Euston Station. We hired the modern State Rooms and Rooftop terrace, which were transformed with branding and demonstration areas to show how their new products would work in any surrounding including home office and coffee shops.

We arranged a registration website with secure portal, venue finding service, catering with Searcey’s, AV hire and assisted with branding and theming. Following a successful conference and live demonstrations, a post event networking drinks reception took place on the terrace with views over London.

Feedback received was that it was superb event in a fantastic venue.
