We arranged a full EMEA Sales Kick off for our client in Dubai staying at the stunning Jumeriah Beach Hotel for several nights for over 200 people. After several days of intensive conferences and training, we were asked to arrange a glittering gala dinner as the grand finale to symbolise the extravagance of the chosen destination of Dubai.
After looking at several stunning venues, the client chose to exclusively hire the “Armani Terrace” located at the bottom of the Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. This blank canvas space is located alongside the famous fountains and many other high-rise buildings iconic of the area and provided a unique al fresco dining experience with high quality catering.
Guests were stunned when they were dropped at the bottom of the Burj Khalifa for a champagne reception. We arranged for a stage with AV set design, furniture hire, black table linen, crystal charger plates, table centres, candles and scatter crystals.
After a delicious meal, guests danced on the terrace and watched the fountain displays light show on the side of the Burj Khalifa. At the end of the evening the party moved to the Armani nightclub which we hired exclusively to dance the rest of the night away.
