Chevron Global Lubricants wanted to gather data right across Europe about buyers and exposure of their Havoline Pro Ds product. With our help, they offered a weekend in London as an incentive and ultimate prize of a car to enter the competition. They registered over 17 million hits over their promotional media platforms significantly expanding their database.

We arranged flights from 26 airports and transfers in executive limousines. As there were so many nationalities attending, we also arranged a comprehensive translation and interpretation service prior to and during the weekend. Executive bedrooms were booked in London’s five star “The Grange City Hotel” overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, with personalised welcome gift packs for each couple with wine and chocolates in their bedrooms. A luxury evening dinner cruise on board Bateaux London was arranged with a private guided tour of London, taking in all the famous sights and a coffee stop at the Criterium on Piccadilly Circus. Guests also enjoyed the views of London with champagne from private capsules on the London Eye. We arranged a VIP theatre evening at Mamma Mia with champagne and tickets in the front row of the dress circle followed by a celebratory dinner in Covent Garden. The highlight of the weekend was presenting a brand new Toyota Aygo to the overall winner from Croatia.
