Pure Storage have successfully held a roadshow of worldwide “Accelerate” conferences for 3 years in the US and Europe for their customers, partners and prospects. We have worked successfully and run many events for Pure Storage over the past few years we were asked to take over and run the 2023 and 2024 conferences.
The event was held at Woolwich Works in London, which is hired exclusively. This fantastic venue is well located and easily accessible by the newly opened “Elizabeth Line”. The “Fireworks Factory” holds up to 600 people for the plenary and several breakout rooms are used for workshops and guests are free to choose which sessions they would like to attend. The plenary finishes during the afternoon with a celebrity guest speaker, which have previously been Steven Bartlett, Professor Brian Cox and most recently Louis Theroux.
The “Workers Bar” is branded and used for tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day. We also arrange for a large marquee to be built in the courtyard which is themed and used as a relaxing area for delegates with picnic tables and casual furniture, lunch and drinks service. A variety of street food stalls are arranged for lunch with bar and evening networking drinks reception with DJ.
We arranged all elements of the event including branded Tuk Tuks to transport guests from the station, exterior signage, badge registration system with QR codes and self printing badge stations, marquee, catering, branding, theming, furniture hire, AV including set design and build, exhibitor stands, session & exhibitor scanners, photographer, videographer, celebrity guest speaker, hotel accommodation and all the smaller details.
In 2024 we were also asked to arrange a smaller PAC event for several days for VIP American guests attending this larger event, which included booking a 5 star hotel and conference room, RIB river boats, private dinners and traditional red bus champagne tour of London.
Due to the success of the previous two years, we are in the process of arranging the 2025 conference.
