Pure Storage wanted to get their London based tech partners together for an exclusive, fun networking event during a midweek evening in December. The new Star Wars movie provided a unique and creative opportunity to do just that.

Scope Of Services

Find an exclusive film venue
Liaise with Disney on securing the ‘The Last Jedi’ copy
Brand the venue from entrance to screen
Fill all poster sites in the venue with client branded posters
Design and fit colour themed entrance carpet
Decal all the furniture in the cinema and floors
Design themed invitations and gifts
Manage the business message and environment
Source and control the various Audio visual formats and requirements
Provide easy to eat reception food and drinks
Serve branded popcorn and ice cream to take into the film
